Good to know

- If you arrive at Hanoi Airport and do not see your name on a board, you or our driver, may be waiting in the wrong lobby. And you cannot find the driver, please go to the Information Desk and ring us on +84 82 377 3333
- Tipping is no obligation. If you are happy with the service of the driver, you might consider to give small tips.
